Sunstone | Polygon Homes

BROCHURE | Spyglass is a collection of townhomes in the master-planned community of Sunstone in North Delta, BC. Using the name as inspiration, brochure copy invited prospective buyers to take a close look at the stunning amenities, discover a healthy and connected community, and picture themselves enjoying life at Sunstone. The result was a visually and thematically cohesive campaign that communicated the vision of Polygon Homes’ innovative community. Completed when I worked at Fleming Design/Switch United.
