DIGITAL BROCHURE & WEBSITE | Selling homes at the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic posed its own unique challenges and opportunities. After months of isolation, people were acutely aware of the limitations of their current living spaces and had high expectations for their next home. Working with Kelly Bagshaw Design, I developed copy for Foundry, a townhome collection in Langley West, BC, that highlighted the smart layouts and flexible floorplans that could evolve as one’s family and needs evolved. It also embraced the idea of new beginnings, a nod to life restarting post pandemic and an invitation to start fresh in a new home and community.
